📦Order Processing

All orders placed on the OYB website are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details.

🚛 Delivery Timeline

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier availability.

Estimated delivery time:

●      Metro cities: 3-5 business days

●      Non-metro locations: 7-8 business days

Please note that delivery timelines may be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier delays, or regional restrictions.

📍 Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across most locations in India.

If your location is not serviceable by our courier partners, then we currently do not deliver to that pin code.

💰 Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping for all prepaid orders.

For COD orders Charges may apply.

🔍 Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking information via SMS or email.

You can track your order using the tracking link provided

🚫 Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver all orders on time, delays may occasionally occur due to external factors beyond our control.

OYB is not responsible for courier delays, incorrect address details provided by the customer, or force majeure events.

🏠 Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are correct at the time of placing the order.

If wrong details are given make sure to correct them before 3pm on the day you placed order with us. Or else delivery will be done to the previously mentioned details
