At Own Your Body (OYB), we take pride in maintaining the highest standards of quality. Since our supplements are health and wellness products, we follow a strict no-return and no-refund policy once an order has been delivered.

1. No Returns or Refunds

  • Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for any order once it has been shipped and delivered.
  • Orders cannot be canceled or refunded simply due to a change of mind or personal preference.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

We will provide a replacement or refund only if the product delivered is damaged, defective, or tampered with at the time of receipt.

To qualify:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Clear pictures and/or videos of the damaged or defective product and packaging must be shared with our customer support team for validation.
  • Upon verification, we will initiate either a replacement shipment or a refund to your original payment method.

3. Non-Eligible Scenarios

Refunds or replacements will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Products opened, used, or tampered with after delivery.
  • Damage caused due to mishandling after receipt.
  • Delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural calamities, strikes, lockdowns).

4. Refund Process (if approved)

  • Once validated, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 12-15 business days.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
