🚫 Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products (health and wellness consumables), we do not accept returns or offer refunds once the product has been delivered. This policy is in place to maintain hygiene standards and product safety for all customers. 99 rupees paid for the COD order is non-refundable.


📦 Eligibility for Replacement

Due to the nature of nutritional supplements and hygiene standards, we currently accept replacements only in the following cases:

      The product was damaged during transit

      The wrong product was delivered

To be eligible for a replacement, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.


⏰ Replacement Request Timeline

Customers must raise a replacement request within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Requests raised after this period will not be eligible for replacement


📸 How to Request a Replacement

To initiate a replacement, please contact our support team with:

      Order ID

      Clear photos or videos of the issue

      Brief description of the concern

Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.


 💳 Replacement Process

Once the claim is approved, a replacement product will be dispatched within 7-10 business days. Replacement will only be processed after successful verification of the submitted proof. Requests submitted after 48 hours or without valid proof will not be eligible.

 ❌ Order Cancellation

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded under any circumstances.

Please ensure that all order details including product selection, quantity, shipping address, and contact information are correct before completing your purchase.
