Why We Started
When our co-founder, RK Reddy, was living abroad, he noticed something simple but powerful.
People treated supplements just like groceries. They looked for clean labels, clear doses, and products they could trust. Taking supplements was simply a part of their everyday routine.
When he came back to India, he realised that many people were still unaware of how important supplementation can be, especially with our fast paced lifestyles and increasingly nutrient poor diets.
He also noticed that most of the options available in India fell into one of three categories:
• Questionable quality with little to no transparency
• Expensive imported brands
• Labels that left you wondering what you were actually taking
That’s when RK Reddy joined hands with his brothers, Srinivasa Reddy and Ravi Krishna Reddy, with a shared vision to build something better.
Together, they founded OYB, Own Your Body, to create supplements that are clean, transparent and backed by modern science, while also drawing from the wisdom of Ayurveda. Every product is thoughtfully formulated right here in India.
